2013 MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Payment terms: - Cheques, cash or credit card.

Payment options: (monthly payments 4 or 6 not available for junior, corpo or social memberships)

1) Full payment: rate on the price list which corresponds to the date of the payment

2) 4 monthly equal payments: price of "after March 1st" plus $50 per person – first payment for March 1st 2013.

3) 6 monthly equal payments: price of "after March 1st" plus $50 per person– first payment for February 15th 2013.

Taxes:

The G.S.T. is 5% and the Q.S.T. is 9.975%.

Refund policy:

Before April 25 – 100% (Administration fees $50 per person).

Mandatory: all 7-day & 5-day members must pay these fees

Storage and washing of clubs, practice balls, practice range & pullcarts

Locker Room Services

AGES

Intermediate Ages 20 – 35

Junior To age 19 - there will be a 20% discount for the second Junior.

Member’s Junior: 1^st year is free

Junior/Intermediate/Student

Age is as of January 1, 2013 – please include a copy of a document as proof of age with your application.

Restrictions

Junior members:

- Weekdays – no restrictions

- Weekends – privileges after 3:00 p.m. only or 1:00 p.m. if accompanied by an adult member.

PLATINUM Members

- Full privileges, no restrictions. Can participate in tournaments and Interclub qualifications.

- Can adhere to PAR

GOLD Members

- Weekdays no restrictions; weekends & statutory holidays privileges after 2 p.m.

- Can participate in main tournaments* & interclub qualifications.

- Can adhere to PAR

SILVER Members

- Privileges after 2 p.m. every day. Can participate in main tournaments*.

FAMILY 7-day Membership with Junior

- Weekday privileges after 11 a.m., weekend & statutory holidays after 2 p.m.

- July's Junior Clinic included.

- Note: two adults (father, mother, grand-mother, grand-father) & Junior (son, daughter, grand-son and grand-daughter)

5-day Members

- No playing privileges on weekends or statutory holidays, can participate in main tournaments*.

CORPORATE Members (40 games)

- Purchased games are only valid for the current season & can participate in main tournaments*.

"À la carte" Access

- Weekday no restrictions, may book up to 3 days in advance. Starting Wednesday. may book a starting time for the weekend & Holidays privileges before 8 a.m. or after 12 p.m.

- Can participates in main tournaments*

- Holder pays the going greenfee rate minus 50% discount (not applicable for guests or on package games).

*Main Tournaments: Opening Tournament, Pro-Captain Tournament & President's Tournament.

Student : No restrictions, proof of full-time student required

Junior: Weekday, no restrictions. Weekends, privileges after 3 p.m. or after 1 p.m. if accompanied by adult member.

Social membership: Entry fee holders must pay a golf or social membership to keep their Entry fee valid.
