"VILLAGE COURSE"

$2 275 FOR 60 GAMES

No entrance fee - No minimum bar bill - Taxes are extra

Membership includes:

A total of 60 games of golf to be used any time during the week and on weekends before 7:30 a.m. and after 11:00 a.m. Passes can be used by corporate members and their guests.

The company should designate the persons eligible to reserve starting times.

- weekday times by telephone or Internet (GGGolf) – 4 days ahead

- weekend times by telephone or Internet (GGGolf) – starting Wednesday at 1:00 p.m.

Full access to clubhouse facilities.

All clubhouse expenses can be charged to a member account or credit card.

Bag storage – club cleaning – locker, etc… Available at regular members’ rates.

Possibility of purchasing electric cart tickets at members’ rates =

10 – 18 holes tickets for $260.00 (taxes included).

2008 MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Payment terms: - Cheques, cash or credit card.

Payment options: (monthly payments 2, 4 or 6 available for 7 & 5-day members only)

1) February 15, 2008 - full payment

2) February 15, 2008 – 6 equal monthly payments - rate of April 15, 2008

3) April 15, 2008 – full payment - rate of April 15, 2008

4) April 15, 2008 – 4 equal monthly payments - rate of April 15, 2008 plus $50 per person

5) After April 30, 2008 - rate of April 15, 2008 plus $50 per person - 50% deposit plus equal monthly payments to July 15, 2008

Monthly payment plan:

No interest will be charged on membership providing that the monthly statement of other house charges are paid in full by the 25^th of the following month.

Taxes:

The G.S.T. is 5% and the Q.S.T. is 7.5%.

Refund policy:

Before April 25 – 100% (Administration fees $50 per person).

Mandatory: all 7-day & 5-day members must pay these fees

Storage and washing of clubs, practice balls, practice range & pullcarts

Locker Room Services

Junior To age 19 - there will be a 20% discount for the second Junior.

Member’s Junior: 1^st year is free

Junior/Intermediate

Age is as of January 1, 2007 – please include a copy of a document as proof of age with your application.

Restrictions

Weekday members:

- No playing privileges on weekends or statutory holidays

Junior members:

- Weekdays – no restrictions

- Weekends – privileges after 3:00 p.m. only or 1:00 p.m. if accompanied by an adult member.

Social membership: Entry fee holders must pay a golf or social membership to keep their Entry fee valid.

Recruitment bonus:

Current members will receive a $300 credit on their account for each new adult member and $100 for intermediate they sponsor (excluding Juniors). Existing members must sign the new member’s application form. The credit will be given when both members’ fees are paid in full.
